Crowdsourcing is a means of tapping into one of the largest untapped resources manking has come across; itself. Companies have learned in the past few years that utilizing knowledge outside of their current employee force is sometimes very beneficial. The problem with this is how to find that knowledge. Anyone ever heard of the Internet? There are many crowdsourcing sites that are available out there for people to sign up and offer their services, but one of the most interesting that I've seen is Cambrian House.
