Yelapa, Jalisco, Mexico

These are some photos that I took on a trip to Yelapa, Mexico. We flew into Puerto Vallarta and took a water taxi down to Yelapa. It was absolutely beautiful down there. It was in August that we went (a great time to take pictures!), so it was the slow season for Yelapa as far as tourism goes. It was perfect for me because I don't like to vacation where there are lots of people.
I took a ton of pictures while I was there. I wasn't prepared for how picturesque it was going to be. There was a wide range of vegetation that was amazing to photograph. The water and landscape was picture perfect, too.
Yelapa is a great place to vacation if you're thinking about it. There are no enclosed hotels there; everything is wide open to the elements. This makes for an interesting trip. Well worth it if you're into this sort of thing!
